Andrew ♥ Erin

These two were all giggles all evening. High fives, finger guns, and our favorite, the head-back-mouth-open laugh, these are all things that will make an appearance on this blog post. Oh, and Erin and Andrew let us follow them around downtown Dallas at night...and it wasn't even creepy!

Thanks for the fun evening, guys! 11-11-17, here we come!

Barrett ♥ Kelyn • A Sonoma Valley Destination Wedding 🍷

The Harmses are our second family. When Shaun and I got married, Barrett's parents offered us their condo in Tiburon, an amazing little coastal city  with a killer view of San Francisco Bay. That would have been enough, but Jeane, in her classic thoughtful fashion, stocked the fridge with all sorts of romantic snacks, left a full plate of delicious cookies, and wrote us the sweetest letter. Those are the kinds of people the Harmses are: thoughtful and kind with ever-welcoming dispositions. We had the joy of shooting the NYC elopement of Laura and Ryan (the older of the two Harms boys), so once Barrett proposed to Kelyn, we just hoped, hoped, hoped they would inquire. And all of our dreams came true a few months later at their impeccable wine country destination wedding, hosted by a small, family-owned winery and designed by the incomparable Krisi and Nathan of GRŌ Designs (of whom we're a tad bit jealous because they actually ARE family).

Kelyn and Barrett were a dream come true, but we knew that would be the case. They've been together for quite a while, so it was pure joy to witness them succumb to the inevitable. The wedding was beautiful. These two are beautiful. It was a good day in California wine country. Enjoy!

Alex ♥ Maureen

Oh how we love family affairs. We're just so grateful that Angie and Jack found us to shoot their wedding a couple years ago. This dear, dear bride is Jack's sister, and we couldn't have been more thrilled to shoot for her and her lovely husband this time around. That's not just because we were already familiar with this absolute GEM of a family, but also because their wedding was in New York...and if you've seen our personal Instagram accounts, you know we love our trips to New York.

This beaming couple with their open-mouth laughter, this beautiful venue overlooking the Statue of Liberty, the overwhelming kindness radiating from everybody present, this trip definitely did not disappoint...

Thank you to the vendors who contributed to this one!
