Alyssa ♥ Patrick • A Rad Cabo Destination Wedding With Dia de los Muertos Touches

You know you have superb clients when they have welcome bags for the photographers…and mainly when they make sure you leave their wedding with pockets brimming with mini tequila bottles. That’s the two fantastic humans rocking out up there.

DISCLAIMER: There are so. many. photos. When you have the pleasure of joining your clients to photograph a sunset cruise to the Cabo arches, a rehearsal dinner with a view, a tequila-infused wedding day, a hair-of-the-dog pool party, and an adios dinner, let’s just say that I put this one off for a while because I knew it would be a BEAST to share with you. But seeing as we’re having dinner with these two on Friday, AND seeing as we could all use a little Cabo on these December days, I do believe it is time.

So enjoy these two and their absolute blast of a wedding weekend! The Reagans are the most golden of the gold, and after spending four straight days with them, we only want more. I mean, Patrick the Fashionisto gives Jude Law a run for his money, and he gifts custom Nike sneakers like they’re candy…still waiting for my pair, though (did that work, Patrick?). Alyssa the Goddess is the quiet type who only smiles when she really means it, and it makes you feel so happy when she smiles at you. Together, these two are among the most generous and kind people you’ll meet. This one is definitely a case of marrying-the-right-person since a cloudy cold front blew in on the wedding day, leaving us all freezing cold and disheveled by wind, and you’d never know it by the looks on these faces.

To the Reagans, thank you for the amazing weekend. We were SO HAPPY to be there and are excited for dinner! XOXO

JAMIE ♥ AMY • A Luxury Destination Wedding on Maui, Hawaii

THESE TWO are the reason Levi is here; we’re convinced of this.

Amy and Jamie are the life-of-the-party types, always generously ensuring that there’s a drink in your hand, even if means throwing another round on their own tab. Shaun and I were the recipients of their enthusiasm on one particular Thursday evening after we wrapped their engagement session. We all walked over to Cedars Social for a round of drinks that turned into a few rounds of them drinking us under the table and a few sloppy iPhone photos for proof. Well, you all know what kind of hubba-hubba happens next, just real talk here. Fast forward about eight weeks and SURPRISE!

Since Shaun and I had no plans to have kids, we were shocked and, quite frankly, devastated for a couple weeks. But once we got over ourselves, and now that a year later, our Levi (AKA Our Pure Joy, Our Heart, and The-Best-Thing-That’s-Ever-Happened-To-Us-Besides-Each-Other) is here, we’re indebted to Amy and Jamie for getting us drunk and essentially making us whoopsie parents. But the joke’s on them cuz they got pregnant on their honeymoon…na-na na-na boo-boo!

Anyhow, here they are getting married in enthusiastic style in a luxury destination wedding on Maui. It’s beautiful, and they’re beautiful, and we hope you enjoy it! This one includes a whale-watching excursion for guests the day before the wedding, ooh aah!

Alex ♥ Maureen

Oh how we love family affairs. We're just so grateful that Angie and Jack found us to shoot their wedding a couple years ago. This dear, dear bride is Jack's sister, and we couldn't have been more thrilled to shoot for her and her lovely husband this time around. That's not just because we were already familiar with this absolute GEM of a family, but also because their wedding was in New York...and if you've seen our personal Instagram accounts, you know we love our trips to New York.

This beaming couple with their open-mouth laughter, this beautiful venue overlooking the Statue of Liberty, the overwhelming kindness radiating from everybody present, this trip definitely did not disappoint...

Thank you to the vendors who contributed to this one!
